About to list a bunch of first world problems I am facing right now:
1. Camera DIED while I was taking pictures during the making of my neapolitan rice krispies treats!
It stopped focusing all of a sudden and then the next thing I knew the lens got jammed :(
It was only 1.5 years old! Maybe it's time to switch to another brand. Have been with Canon for as long as I can remember.
2. March 8 is a much-talked-about date, but I try to forget about that date as much as I can.
Let's just say it used to be a date very close to my heart, but many years have passed and it now serves me no meaning. They say time heals all wounds, and I agree, but it may also leave a scar.
3. The clocks went forward yesterday and waking up for work today was BRUTAL. You could barely see my eyes, they were nothing but tiny slits. That is probably what death feels like.
One hour later, my body clock has kicked in and all is normal again. I AM ALIVE.
4. Okay this is majorly FWP but I had to lug a whole jar of peanut butter to work and probably lug it back because I need it both at the office and at home. Need to find a smaller jar for it.
On the bright side:
Met my bestest roommates for a chat yesterday. At first, they had invited a mutual friend whom I disliked. Can you imagine my sheer joy when she said she was sick and could not make it? I'm a horrible person.
It was a great reunion of the three of us again! Talked about all those times we were having girl talk, cooking adventures, our lives, our jobs, our guys, other people's lives (found out some shocking news, albeit late than never!)..
We also took lots of selfies in the beautiful sunshine and with the cherry blossoms :)
